Telegram a messaging app’s CEO Pavel Durov had been arrested at French International Airport.

ARREST NEWS OF PAVEL DUROV CEO OF TELEGRAM
French police have arrested Telegram chief executive Pavel Durov north of Paris airport for stopping sufficiently ordinary illegal endeavors on his messing program.
According to the French broadcaster TF1 and news agency AFP, Mr. Pavel Durov arrived in the country on his private jet from Azerbaijan on Saturday evening. He was detained when he landed at Bourget airport.
Authorities arrested the 39-year-old billionaire under a warrant for violations associated with the messaging app.
An investigating officer has reported a lack of mediators towards Telegram, Mr. Durov was suspected of declining to take steps to stop the criminal use of Telegram.
Mr. Durov was born in Russia and lives in Dubai. He grips dual residency in France and the United Arab Emirates.
The 39-year-old billionaire provoked alerts from Moscow to Paris on Sunday that he should be corresponded his human rights and criticized by X’s owner Elon Musk for what he says is free speech in Europe under an argument.
He posted frequently about the condition. He hash-tagged one post #freepavel and in another post wrote, “POV: It’s 2023 in Europe and you are being executed for liking a meme.”
Telegram was founded in Dubai by its founder Mr. Durov. Telegram is especially popular in Russia, Ukraine, and the Soviet Union states.
The app was to be banned in Russia in 2018 after Mr. Durov refused to handle it, but the ban was lifted in 2021.
Telegram is ranked as one of the top social media platforms after Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and WeChat.
Telegram’s standards remove some groups and ban radical networks and say that it does not tolerate junk and scams, banned pornography, or stimulation of intensity on “Publicly viewable Telegram’s Channels.”
